Applegate Farms Turkey Bacon is not like other pork bacon alternatives. Applegate uses select cuts of hand-trimmed turkey thigh meat, not overly-processed composites. Because they use whole muscle cuts, and don’t use fillers or nitrites, their turkey bacon is meaty, smokey and delicious.

The Bakery has done it again. Check out the new sweets, just in time for Valentine's Day. We've got a brand new Tear Drop Mango Smoothie cake, which is both delicious and art deco. Plus there are new layered chocolate heart cakes, and Crème Brule tulips. Pink, rosé, or blush, whatever you want to call it, it's one of the most frustrating categories for people in the wine business. Despite the huge array of lovable styles and the delighted reactions of people that actually taste the wines, they're almost always a hard sell initially. The biggest reason is probably "White Zinfandel", that sweet pink confection that everybody's had, despite everybody thinking it's silly and gauche. Despite the public's reluctance to give them a go, we wine people will continue to try and convince you to give them a shot.
