Thinking of throwing something on the grill? Try one of our house-made sausages! We make them on site, making sure we know exactly what’s going into them. Unlike many sausages produced at factories, our sausages are not riddled with preservatives and low quality fillers. If you haven’t stopped by the sausage section of our meat counter lately, you’re definitely missing out on some interesting creations!
Our Tuscan sausages (both regular and hot) are a blend of 70% pork and 30% beef. The regular consists of freshly chopped parsley, minced garlic, grated Romano, seasoned bread crumbs, ground fennel, Italian seasoning, and red wine. In addition to these ingredients, the hot version has in it ground cayenne pepper, paprika, and crushed red pepper flakes. The deliciously complex flavor will leave you smiling and coming back for seconds.
If chicken sausage is what you’re after, look no further! Try our chicken, wine and cheese sausage. In it, you’ll obviously find chicken, white wine, and grated Romano cheese. Another variety of chicken sausage we have is the chicken, spinach and feta sausage. Both are tasty, and lighter than the traditional sausage.
Our beer brats are definitely crowd pleasers. We will many times use local craft beers and encase them alongside the meat. This adds a distinct beer-flavored juiciness to the sausage, basically marinating the meat before cooking.
