Ready to make an impressive dinner, without all the work? Our new Western Market’s Apple Stuffed Pork Loin Roast is a unique and tasty dish created specially by our new Meat Manager Ryan. It starts with a juicy pork loin roast, which is then filled with a mixture of savory stuffing and sweet apple pie filling. Then it’s rolled in cinnamon and tied so that all you have to do is take it home and bake.
Ryan recommends baking the roast at 350 degrees for approximately 20 min. per pound. Put it in a baking dish under a tent of aluminum foil to retain the juicy moisture. It’s also great reheated as leftovers.
