Western Market’s Prepared Foods Department carries a variety of dishes from all around the world, including our famous Tabbouleh Salad.  This healthy and refreshing Middle Eastern side dish is made from parsley, bulgur wheat, fresh tomatoes, chopped onion, mint and salt.

Some people pair the Tabbouleh with our house-made hummus, both of which taste great when scooped up with triangles of pita bread.  Tabbouleh can be eaten by itself as well.
